Our Clinical Service Team will work with you to help ensure that front-line users are confident in delivering ECP treatment to patients. Our comprehensive customer support includes:

  • On-site initial training for nurses, ECP specialists, physicians and other HCPs

  • Periodic on-site training to help HCP teams be confident in delivering optimal ECP Immunomodulation

  • Constant on-site procedural support, including bespoke training for special patient populations

  • Multilingual hotline offering rapid support and troubleshooting services from the same experts who visit you on-site

  • Continuous improvement of the THERAKOS™ integrated ECP system based on interactions with our customers

  • Access to myTherakos.com, an online hub which is constantly updated and provides operators of all experience levels with product, training and educational materials

 

Maintenance & technical support as and when you need it

Our dedicated Technical Service Team of service engineers and support staff is on hand to help you get the most out of your system. As well as system installation, maintenance and upgrade support, the team will perform scheduled and preventative maintenance, as well as on-site repair when needed. We are committed to performing best-in-class instrument service including:

  • Instrument Installations — working with our customer experience experts and clinical service team to ensure “The Perfect Installation” is executed and your system is fully operational

  • Preventative Maintenance (PM) — annual service to ensure continuous, optimal operation and minimal downtime      

  • Instrument Repairs — ensuring a first-time repair for minimal down time, including a full system checkout
